Plan
We’ve made bus travel and accommodation arrangements for everyone, so you just need to figure out your flights.
Arrival
- Book flights to arrive at Berlin Brandenburg Airport (BER) on the morning of Thursday 11th September.
- There will be a bus ready to take you to the venue in the early afternoon.
Departure
- A bus will leave the venue at midday and arrive at BER by 16:00.
- Book flights to leave BER after 17:30.
Accommodation
- On arrival at the venue, please expect to pay £50 for both nights of your stay – card payment is available. There are no other costs.
- There is a range of room sizes from two to six beds. We will upload the room arrangements onto the website as soon as we can!
